In the unlikely event that we have a breakdown, accident or any other event beyond our control we reserve the right to provide another vehicle, which may not be the same type or colour as the vehicle booked. If a car becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues and no replacement can be found during the event a full refund of THAT CAR ONLY will be made. Adequate time will be allowed for the journey but Black Pony Car Hire will not be liable for any delays beyond our control caused by adverse weather, road conditions, road works, traffic and any other conditions out of our control.
Any damage or breakages caused during the hire will be charged to the hiring customer, including fabric damage, spillage, soiling. A $250 cleaning fee will apply. Black Pony Car Hire reserves the right to terminate any and all services due to unruly or abusive passengers without a refund. The hiring customer will be held responsible for the conduct of all the passengers in the vehicle at all times.
Full payment MUST be made 14 DAYS before date of event with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
of $200.00 per car required at time of booking to confirm date.
